DIGICEL BVI PRESENTS PRIZES TO MR & MS FIFTH FORM PAGEANT WINNERS

Tuesday, 25 October 2011 – Road Town, Tortola: Two of the contestants in the recent Mr. & Ms. Fifth Pageant staged by the Elmore Stoutt High School are now the proud owners of sleek new Nokia cell phones, compliments Digicel, BVI’s Bigger, Better Network.

 

Mr. Andres Stoddard and Ms. Keje Hendrickson finished in the first runner-up position in the prestigious pageant, which saw a total of 14 students taking part.

 

They competed in a number of segments, including Best Career Wear, Determined to Succeed, Mr./Ms. Popularity, Congeniality, Personal Development, Best Talent, Most Photogenic, Poise, Intellect and People’s Choice.

 

Stoddard copped prizes for Congeniality, Personal Development and Best Career Wear, while Hendrickson captured the prizes for Poise, Intellect and Best Evening Wear.

 

The two were congratulated during a brief ceremony at the Elmore Stoutt High School on Monday afternoon by Digicel’s Corporate Sales Executive Sheroma Hodge, herself a previous contestant in the pageant, placing second runner up and winning Miss Popularity.
