The Bigger, Better Network today launched a five-week Text to Win promotion where everyone can get an opportunity to attend the October 28^th to 30^th event at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium in Roseau.

The theme for the 15^th annual festival is “Make a Memory, Come Dance With Us!”
