That was the sentiment of three lucky residents this morning as they walked away with new BlackBerry Gemini 8520 Smartphones compliments Digicel, The Bigger, Better Network.

Anna Rosario sailed over to Tortola from the sister island of Anegada to receive her prize. She joined Barbara Richards of East End and Wayne Todman of Horsepath at the Digicel Flagship Store for the moment of celebration.

The three lucky winners took part in a Digicel promotion that ran for the entire month of September, where subscribers who topped up $20 or more or subscribed to Digicel’s $49 Caribbean Plan during September became eligible to win the new phones. Rosario, Richards and Todman were selected from a pool of hundreds of subscribers who met the criteria.

“I work at a store in Anegada that does Digicel Top Up, so I top up all the time, but I didn’t think I would win because I always say I never win anything with these competitions,” Rosario said. “So, when Digicel called me to say I won, I was so excited that I started telling everybody on Anegada that I won a Digicel BlackBerry.
