The $100 FREE Credit plan is the same existing “more talk, more text” plan which gives prepaid subscriber:

1.) UNLIMITED local Digicel calls all weekend long

2.) 100 FREE local Digicel Minutes

3.)UNLIMITED local SMS

2. Is the $100 FREE Credit available to both prepaid and postpaid subscribers?

No. The‘‘$100 FREE Credit” plan is available to only Digicel prepaid subscribers.

3. Is there a subscription fee for the $100 FREE Credit plan?

NO, there is no subscription fee for this plan

4. How is the $100 FREE Credit plan activated?

All prepaid subscribers who top up $15 and over Monday to Friday automatically gets activated to this plan.

5. What is the duration of the $100 FREE Credit plan?

The $100 FREE Credit plan is active for seven (7) days after top up of $15 and over.

6. How will I know when the $100 FREE Credit plan is active?

When the $100 FREE Credit plan has been activated you will get the following message:

For the next 7 days you now have 100 FREE local Digicel minutes, unlimited local text and FREE local Digicel calls all day Saturday and Sunday.

7. What call types are FREE on a weekend when the $100 FREE Credit plan is active?

Only calls to local Digicel numbers are FREE on the weekend when the plan is active.

8. Is there a limit to the number of free calls allowed on the weekend?

YES, there is a fair usage policy of 4hrs per day. Subscribers who consistently go over this fair usage policy will be warned and subsequently blacklisted from activating the plan in the future.

9. What call types can be made using the 100 FREE minutes that are allotted when the $100 FREE Credit plan is activated?

Only calls to local Digicel numbers can be made using the 100 FREE minutes allotted to the $100 FREE Credit plan

10. If not used, does the 100 FREE minutes on the $100 FREE Credit plan rollover?

NO. The 100 FREE minutes does not rollover, they are lost when the $100 FREE Credit plan comes to an end after 7 days.

11. Can I check to see how many of the 100 FREE minutes have been used?

YES. You are able to check the number of minutes remaining by dialing *134*XX#

12. Which destinations are the FREE texts applicable to?

Only texts to messages to local BVI numbers are part of the unlimited text, whilst on the FREE Weekend plan.

13. What notification do I get when the FREE Weekend plan has expired?

When the $100 FREE Credit plan expires you will get the message below:

Your 7 day 100 FREE local Digicel minutes, unlimited local Digicel SMS and FREE Saturday and Sunday plan has now ended. Top up $15 and over to reactivate plan.

14. What happens if the $100 FREE Credit plan is already active on my account and I top up an additional $15 or over?

If the $100 FREE Credit plan is already activated and you top up with an additional $15 or over the plan is extended by 7 days and another 100 FREE local Digicel minutes will be added to the remaining balance.
