No.         The ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ is available ONLY to Postpaid Subscribers.

The Caribbean Unlimited Plan gives all post-paid Digicel Subscribers;

UNLIMITED international calls to Digicel Caribbean (Excluding Guyana and Antigua), Panama, Honduras, USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, USVI & UK (Landline only) for only $129 per month

UMLIMITED local calls to ANY local number on ANY local network

UNLIMITED texts to ANY number, ANY network, Anywhere

UNLIMITED web browsing & email

 

What Digicel Caribbean countries involved in this promotion? 

Digicel Caribbean involves the following countries;

Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Barbados, Bermuda, FWI, Cayman, Jamaica, OECS, Anguilla, Jamaica, Trinidad, Panama, Suriname, TCI, St Kitts & Nevis, Honduras, Dominica, Haiti.

 

How can the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ be activated? 

The ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ can be activated through Customer Care & in-store.

 

How can existing postpaid customers who are currently on a regular plan, e.g. Select 300, get the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’? 

An existing postpaid customer who is on a regular plan e.g. Digicel Select 300, Digicel Select 600 or Digicel Select 900 can activate the Caribbean Plan as a ‘bolt on’ valued at US$49.00/month, i.e. the US$49.00/month ‘bolt on’ now gives the customer free calls to Digicel Caribbean.
 

How can existing postpaid customers who are currently on the ‘Unlimited Plan’ get the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?

An existing postpaid customer who is already on an unlimited plan can activate the Caribbean Unlimited Plan as a ‘bolt on’ valued at US$14.00/month, i.e. the US$14.00/month ‘bolt on’ now gives the customer free calls to Digicel Caribbean.
 

Is there a subscription fee for the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?  

Yes.        There is a subscription fee of US$129.00 for activation of the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’.
 

Are there any restrictions with the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?

Yes.        There are restrictions with the CARIBBEAN PLAN.

Unlimited calls are applicable for selected destinations.
 

Are Prepaid CUG Customers able to activate the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?

Yes.        Prepaid CUG customers are able to activate the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’.

 

Are there any limitations for the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?

No.         There are no limitations for the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’.

 

Am I able to use the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ while roaming?

No.         Customers who are roaming are NOT able to use the CARIBBEAN PLAN.
