The ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ includes:

UNLIMITED local calls to ANY local number on ANY local network in the BVI

UNLIMITED international calls to Digicel Caribbean destinations, USA, UK (landline only), Canada, Puerto Rico & the USVI

UNLIMITED texts to ANYWHERE

UNLIMITED web browsing and email

Is the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ available to both Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers?
 

No.      The ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ is available ONLY to Postpaid subscribers. 

 

How can the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ be activated? 
 

The ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ can be activated through Customer Care (#100) & in-store.

 

What are the Digicel Caribbean destinations included in this promotion?

 

The Caribbean Unlimited Plan includes calls to other Digicel subscribers in the following Digicel Caribbean destinations: Anguilla, Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Curacao, Dominica, French Guiana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Martinique, Panama, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands.

 

How can existing Postpaid customers who are currently on a regular plan, e.g. Select 300, get the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’? 
 

An existing Postpaid customer who is on a regular plan e.g. Digicel Select 200, Digicel Select 325 or Digicel Select 675 can activate the Caribbean Plan as a ‘bolt on’ priced at US$49.00/month; i.e. the US$49.00/month ‘bolt on’ now gives the customer free calls to Digicel Caribbean.

 

How can existing Postpaid customers who are currently on the ‘Unlimited Plan’ get the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?
 

An existing Postpaid customer who is already on an Unlimited Plan can activate the Caribbean Unlimited Plan as a ‘bolt on’ priced at US$14.00/month, i.e. the US$14.00/month ‘bolt on’ now gives the customer unlimited calls to Digicel Caribbean destinations.

 

Is there a subscription fee for the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?  
 

Yes.     For new customers, there is a subscription fee of US$129.00 for activation of the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’.  However, if you are on our Unlimited Plan paying $115, you can get access to the Unlimited Caribbean Plan for an additional $14.00 a month.

 

Are there any restrictions with the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?
 

Yes.     Unlimited calls are applicable for selected destinations.

 

Are Prepaid CUG Customers able to activate the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?
 

Yes.     Prepaid customers are able to activate the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’.

 

Are there any limitations for the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’?
 

Yes.  A fair usage policy applies.  For this plan, Digicel’s fair usage policy of 7200 minutes (120 hours) applies.

 

Am I able to use the ‘Caribbean Unlimited Plan’ while roaming?
 

No.      Customers who are roaming are NOT able to use the CARIBBEAN PLAN.
