What is Free Weekends?

Free Weekends offers Digicel customers the opportunity to talk for FREE on the Digicel BVI network all weekend long.

Is this promotion available to Postpaid or Prepaid subscribers?

No. The promotion is available to Prepaid subscribers only.

How does the promotion work?

Simply Top Up $10 or more Monday to Friday and customers will qualify to take part in the FREE Weekends promotion.

Can any form of top up work?

Yes. Any form of top up can be used, i.e. both electronic and vouchers.

How many times can one top up in a day?

Any number of times.

How does a customer apply for the promotion?

Customers do not have to apply for this promotion once they top up with $10.00 or more at the stipulated time, they automatically qualify.

If I top up at different times, would the top up be accumulative?

Yes. If a customer tops up today $5.00 and then top up tomorrow $5.00, then this is accumulative of $10.00 to qualify for the promotion.

Is credit required to make free calls on the weekend?

No. Credit is not required to make free calls on the weekend.

Do prepaid customers have to top up every day?

No. Prepaid customers do not have to top up every day. A top up of $10.00 or accumulative top up (between Monday to Friday) would automatically qualify the customer.

What is the qualifying time on the weekend?

There is no qualifying time. The promotion goes on throughout the weekend, i.e. mid-night Friday to mid-night Sunday.

Are there restrictions on this promotion?

YES, Top up value has to be $10.00 or more to be eligible.

 Can I benefit from this promotion whilst roaming?

 No. The customer will have to be on their home network to take advantage from this promotion.
