As we approach the end of the season, I am sorry to inform you that my season has been cut short and I will not be attending the IAAF World Outdoor Championships in Daegu, South Korea August 27 to September 4, 2011.

Despite my lack in appearance we still have Chantel Malone who will proudly representing our country with maximum effort. I take this time out to give her my support and encouragement as she takes it a step further in her athletic career. GO GET THEM BABY!!!!

This year was short lived and despite my no show at the CAC Championships and the World Outdoor Championships, I look forward to a promising next year. I will compete at the IAAF World Indoor Championships and Olympic Games.

As for right now, I am just trying to take is easy and enjoy the few weeks left of my vacation and then it is back to training again.

For those of you who may be disappointed, I am sorry. I guess things happen for a reason and sometimes we have to roll with the punches.
